Founded in 1990 by Kenneth Green, KGA was born from one clear belief: brands flourish when global strategy meets local sensitivity. With international experience at the heart of the business, Kenneth set out to build something different – a distributor who understands global ambition but listens closely to the nuances of our market with each retailer and each consumer in mind.
That philosophy has shaped who we are today. It’s why emerging and established brands trust us to nurture and accelerate for long term market value.

Alongside Kenneth and Brian, Fleur Nyman (Sales Director) whose inspirational journey from shop floor to boardroom, ensures retail intuition with deep commercial insight, keeping KGA closely connected to partner and customer realities.
Leading the marketing team, Fabien Callens oversees a team of best-in-class marketeers responsible for bringing our brands to life across markets and channels. Focused on developing and delivering impactful brand activity, the team works to maximise investment while reflecting the individuality of each brand.
The most recent addition to the team, Mark Woolley joined as Finance Director. With strong experience across major retailers and family distribution organisations, Mark oversees a team of business professionals enabling the business to operate smoothly, with the agility required in the world of today.
Philip Stokes, a founding member of the company remains on the board, always offering guidance and counsel.
Together the board reflects KGA, warm, people centred and focused on building something meaningful for the long term.
